The key to good teaching is organization. I teach kindergarten in the public school system in a low income area.

Many families have more than one child in the home so most of the students don’t have their own working space at home. When they come to school I want each student to feel that they have their own space and that space should be respected.

My students need 25 chair organizers to give our classroom a neat and welcoming appearance. The chair organizers will help to keep the students on task because they will not have to worry about finding a place to put their crayons and books. Since I teach kindergarten we do not have storage desk, we have tables and no place to put our supplies. The chair organizers would teach my students responsibility and order at the same time. I have tried create my own chair organizers by taping plastic bags to the back of their chairs but they just fall off after a few days.

With your help my, students will no longer have to use plastic bags to keep up with their books crayons, papers and folders. Our class will become a model for others.
