Classroom projector needed to make science come alive. I am a 6th grade science teacher in a Title School greatly in need of a classroom projector.

Our district has cut funding and only materials they feel are an emergency will be given to the classroom teacher. I am a science teacher and I am trying to motivate and interest my students in science. A projector will allow me to show images and videos from the Internet that will spark my students learning and interest in science. Students are very visual and the projector will allow the students to see what we are discussing in images that will remember.

Therefore, I feel one classroom projector would help bring the world into the classroom. It is not just like pictures in a book. I could bring lifelike images to my students. It would feel like almost being there.

Your help and support would greatly influence my students. In a time where Math and Science are becoming great areas of need for our country. A projector just might be the start to interest at least a few students to become scientist.
