Pre-School students need a sand and water table to explore discovery learning! I am a first year teacher in a Title 1 low income school. My classroom is Special Education Pre-School, and I am the first person to teach this program in our district. I have 20 students ages 3-5 with varying physical and emotional disabilities.

I want to make this year great for my students with wonderful materials. Being a first year teacher in this position, I need a lot of materials on a low budget. I have purchased a few things for my students, but we have a lot of supplies that are too expensive for me to purchase on my own.

I know that my students would love to have a sand and water table, plus it is great for discovery learning. I know that my students will benefit from this item in my classroom. With a classroom sand and water table they will be able to work with their hands, imaginations, and they will learn social interaction along the way. Spacial awareness is also a big part of discovery learning, and I feel that it is especially essential for students with special needs.

With your help I can bring imagination, play, and discovery into my classroom. You will make it possible for my pre-school students to learn and play together in my classroom with this sand and water table. It is so important for special needs students to play and discover.
