We are almost done fixing everything from Hurricane Katrina, but we are still in need of a carpet. I teach Kindergarten and we used our carpet all day everyday when we had it, to do our reading, whole group activities and games on. When the winter comes the floor gets cool. Please help brighten and warm my room up for those children that enter into school for the first time and make their school experience fun and exciting.

Right now we have no carpet so when we have reading and whole group time we gather on the tile floor. During the winter the floor gets cold.

We are in need of a carpet that is large enough to hold a class of 18 - 21 students. This will bring the class together better during whole group time by having a warm and welcoming spot in the classroom.

Your help will put a smile on 18 - 21 faces who enter into the school system for the first time by giving them a welcoming and warm spot in their classroom to learn and grow.
