Our high school has used the PBS (Positive Behavior System) for the past year with great results. We have experienced a decline in detentions and referrals since the students have rewards to be gained simply by behaving in a reasonably polite manner throughout the school year.

However, we have a difficult time receiving community donations of gifts with which to reward the students, hence the "POSITIVE" consequences of PBS.

With rewards that students are truly interested in receiving they will be much more inclined to behave in a manner that will garner the "POSITIVE" consequences. Your donation of flash drives will not only be a great incentive for proper behavior, but will also advance technological knowledge, which will in turn increase knowledge in every subject. Therefore, your donation could even be responsible for the incline of LEAP scores!

Higher LEAP scores is proof of higher learning; and that is the caliber of future employees your company needs. The great students of today are the great employees of tomorrow that will be managing your business in a very few short years.
