My students need 30 bags to transport their leveled books to and from school. These bags will allow my students to access leveled books at school and at home!

My Students

I am lucky! I have 19 students enter our classroom every day with smiles on their faces ready to work hard, learn, and have fun!

My students are active, loving, intelligent, and caring.

They come from a variety of backgrounds and bring different strengths. We work together to have fun learning while building relationships with each other. Our school is a building with kindergarten through 2nd grade. We have 27 classrooms filled with eager learners.

My Project

I read with students every day. I see the excitement they have when they figure out a tricky word or successfully read an entire book they thought was hard. I want the parents of my students to see this excitement. Using the bags, students will have the opportunity to take books from the classroom leveled library home. They will be able to show off their reading ability to their families.

The more kids read, the better readers they become.

Students will have access to books on their reading level at home. They have been asking to take their books home, and with these bags, that will be possible!
