I am a second grade teacher at a Title One School in Indiana. 60% of my population is on school assistance.

My classroom is made up of students with special needs. Several students have difficulty with vision, speech, fine motor skills, and critical thinking skills. Our school does not have the funds to purchase a document camera which would not only help my students this year but for several years to come.

For my proposal I would like a document camera to help fulfill the academic needs of all my students. A document camera can enlarge any item I place on the camera to help all students see clearly what we are working on together document camera can also provide hands on activities I can place money on the camera and all students would be able to see.

By funding my proposal you will be helping students become successful students. My school does not have overhead projectors or any means of enlarging material for students to see clearly.
