I currently teach 8th grade English in a school where many students qualify for free or reduced lunch.

In their Reading and English classes, students are required to read biographies and research information from biographies for research papers. Our school has terrific kids who love to read but our biography section in the library is outdated.

Our school is currently needing biographies that will be interesting and educational for the kids. I am requesting biographies of famous athletes, actors/actresses, and popular young adult authors.

Your help will ensure that my students will have interesting books to read that will allow them the opportunity to work on their reading comprehension, fluency, and research skills.
