I'm a Language Arts/Reading teacher in Florida, where reading is at the forefront of education. 90% of the students that I serve are reading at least 3 grade levels behind. This hinders their self-esteem,creativity and most importantly their reading comprehension. In order to encourage them to have a desire to read, and to increase their reading comprehension, we're in need of 60 copies of Othello (No Fear Shakespeare}. We would also like a bookcase to hold these new books and others in our classroom. Reading a classic book and completing creative projects is just what my students need to set them on the road to discovery.
