I teach 40, 4-5 year olds each day. They come from economically disadvantaged homes where fitness and healthy habits are not typically discussed. My state scores very poorly on healthy habits for all citizens.

Our state is currently seeking to help our students and general population develop healthy life habits. We have limited supplies and are seeking to find materials that will encourage all students to live a healthier lifestyle.

These mats and DVDs will help not only my students but other students at my school site to develop healthy habits. These exercise DVDs and mats will help them to understand physical fitness. My students spend much of their time at home watching t.v and playing video games. By using these videos, they will begin to understand the importance of physical activity as well as begin to build life long fitness skills.

Your donation will help my students as well as other students in my school to develop life long health habits.
