Hello. I am a Pre-Kindergarten teacher and I teach 15 at-risk students. My students are eager 4 year olds, ready to absorb as much as they can.

My students come from many situations from financial needs to learning disabilities. My students have never been able to have the learning experiences that they need in order to be school ready. I want to teach them everything that I can before they enter into kindergarten. In order to do this, I must provide many hands-on opportunities. Let's face it, our economy is in a slump. Monies have been taken away from schools and I must supplement any way I know how in order to make sure my students get what they need.

My students need a variety of materials to keep their interest. They absorb information at an alarming rate. I can give them what they need and want if I am provided with the much needed materials they need. I am willing to go above and beyond for my students, but unfortunately the money teachers make isn't that great. I spend what I can afford and some months that isn't a lot. My students need 1 set of Number Puzzles and a Alphabet sorting set. I currently do not have as many of these sorts of items in my classroom and wanted to add even more for my students' learning experiences.

You will make it possible for my students by helping to donate some of the much needed materials that they need. YOU make a difference in young children's lives.
