Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I have a high poverty classroom located in Northern California. We are an amazing bunch of little kindergarten warriors. We have gone through many obstacles already to get where we are, but we are amazing and wonderful. We do not have a PTA fund at this time, so there is absolutely no money for extra supplies. We are a gifted bunch of kindergrtners, but we need supplies in order to grow and grow!

The budget cuts in California have hit my school pretty hard. The cuts really affect high poverty areas such as my school where a PTA fund is non-existent. We no longer have any extra money for supplies other than paper and pencils. We are looking for some kind hearted donors like yourself to give what you can and help us with our school supplies.

We need some math games that will enrich our learning and help us grow intellectually. These math games will supplement our learning in the classroom and help us reach our highest level!

If altruistic people as yourself even donated 20 dollars it will go further than you think. These math games will be played by future students of mine for years to come. By playing they will learn how to have hands on learning for math. I thank you for being so kind to my students and helping us out! Peace and Math
