I am a third grade teacher in the Bronx at a Title I school that is overcrowded. The time of year is coming to learn about the life cycle of butterflies. Unfortunately the school can only provide 1 larva per class, which usually dies before we can even see it change into a butterfly. It would be so great to have these children who come from broken homes to get a chance to care for something and watch it grow. This wonderful butterfly kit will benefit and enable two children to share one larva each and observe and care for the butterflies. This kit provides all the necessary materials for this experiment. The children of our future thank you in advance for your generosity.
