Our middle school has a large population of students who are learning English as a second language. We use dictionaries daily to help us further develop vocabulary and language skills. It is vital that each student have immediate access to a dictionary without having to leave his or her desk to be able to keep the pace with our classroom activities. My students are hard working, ambitious, and driven to be successful. These dictionaries are just a small tool to help them on their journey while reaching for the stars!
