Through a new cause campaign, Limeades For Learning, SONIC will put more than a half million dollars into classrooms in local communities across the country, thanks to a new partnership with DonorsChoose.org!

“SONIC and our franchisees have supported schools in local communities for some time,” said Cliff Hudson, chairman and chief executive officer-Sonic Corp. “During a time when teachers need help the most, we look forward to working with DonorsChoose.org to place supplies into classrooms and ultimately help students reach their full potential.”

From August 31 through October 1, when customers purchase any small to Route 44 fountain or frozen drink at SONIC, they can go online to LimeadesForLearning.com and vote for their favorite teachers’ project. SONIC will fund up to $100,000 of projects with the most votes each Friday during the five-week campaign.

  • How do you register as a sonic teacher? If I do not have any points can I still try for a Sonic grant? Thanks for your time. Marlene Paige

  • I was wondering how teachers are getting votes already if the contest starts on Aug. 31. My local Sonic Drive In hasn’t even put the stickers on the cups yet. I am meeting with the manager this afternoon.

  • I have 3 sonic codes. i keep entering them and they are coming up as invalid. I can mail (US Mail) them to any teacher who replies first.

    Please e mail me @ paulapraymond@yahoo.com

If they dont work for me I do hope they work for you.

I am frustrated putting them in to only get rejected as an invalid code.

I hope others dont get rejected and just throw them away. I hope they are trying to contact you also.

If you receive my codes and have the same issue. You may want to contact Sonic about it asap, so you can get all the money you guys need.
Boston MA just got their first Sonic.. I went and got 3 drinks. me my son and my niece.
    Thank you Paula Raymond
