BioTaPP (Biotechnology Training and Preparatory Program) students are some the brightest, ambitious and enthusiastic young scientists in the Anchorage School District. The BioTaPP program exists to train these students in the foundational skills and protocols of the biotechnology industry and research as well as guide those young minds in the creation of cutting edge bioinformatics-based projects. BioTaPP participants come from all walks of life. It is not unusual to see athletes, academics, and students representing various social niches working cooperatively side-by-side. BioTaPP is based in a public high school and is open to all students who are interested in pursuing STEM careers and professions.

About my class
